Yesterday at Faculdade Funorte, in Montes Claros—MG, Phelipe Moura, construction manager at MSE, gave the lecture “Building dreams, building achievements”, addressing topics such as the engineering market, construction schedule strategies, in addition to a true immersion in the construction universe.
Engineering students had the opportunity to obtain valuable tips and unique perspectives on market challenges and opportunities.
During the lecture, Phelipe shared his trajectory and experience at MSE Engenharia, in addition to addressing details about some of the works and services carried out by the company.
He offered important insights into the execution process of each work, highlighting essential tips for team leadership and people management, relationships with stakeholders, risk management, control of deadlines, quality and costs, occupational safety and health, decision-making in conflict situations, supply management, financial control, and data analysis and management tools.
