In 2026, MSE Engenharia brought as the theme of its campaign: “The energy that drives Brazil”, and there couldn't be a more symbolic choice.

This energy is not only in the works, in the projects, or in the deliveries. It is, above all, in people.

Each MSE employee carries with them dedication, effort, and purpose. Whether at the headquarters or in the works scattered around Brazil, it is these people who transform challenges into solutions and ideas into reality.

It is this human energy, made of commitment, partnership and passion for what is done, that drives the construction of a better future.

Because, in the end, they are not just structures that we deliver. These are results that impact lives.

To celebrate this important date, MSE Engenharia held a special event both at the headquarters and at the construction sites.

The initiative was designed with care and affection, as a way of thanking and valuing all the employees who are part of this journey. More than a symbolic gesture, it was a moment of recognition and connection.
