We have already completed more than 68.35% of the work, which is a solid indication of our commitment to strictly complying with delivery times and maintaining a consistent quality standard.

Civil construction is progressing rapidly, with the completion of 91% of the work. This advance evidences the firm progress we are making in construction, establishing a solid foundation for the overall structure.

As electrical installations are already 44% completed, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring an efficient and reliable energy supply, essential for a project of this magnitude.

Connectivity is critical, and we're making great progress, with 78% of telecom installations already completed, ensuring that communication is effective at every stage of the project.

Safety is an undisputed priority, and we have good news in that regard. 73% of fire fighting and prevention facilities have already been completed, ensuring a safe environment for everyone involved.

When it comes to comfort and efficiency, we're making good headway, with 57% of air conditioning installations already completed to create a pleasant environment in all areas of the project.

And finally, 92% of hydraulic and hydrosanitary installations are already completed, ensuring an efficient and reliable use of water resources.
