Construction Progress: Eternit Factory in Caucaia

n the state of Ceará, another project is taking shape. Eternit is preparing to inaugurate its new plant in Caucaia. With a 95% improvement in construction, the future of tile production is about to enter a new phase.

One aspect of the new Eternit plant is the use of advanced technology. With over 7,000 square meters of Steel Frame walls installed, the structure is complete and ready to support the production of high-quality materials. Steel Frame is a construction technique that combines efficiency, durability, and sustainability, and its completion demonstrates Eternit's commitment to innovation.

The solidity of the new plant in Caucaia is evidenced by the 9,000 square meters of fully finished structural masonry. This type of construction offers stability and strength, ensuring that the plant's infrastructure is ready to meet the challenges of industrial production.

The aesthetics of the new factory also receive special attention. With 16,000 square meters of finished painting, we can see the façade coming to life.
