In this challenging scenario, the MSE stands out, celebrating its trajectory of four and a half decades and consolidating itself as a national reference in the execution of major projects.

Founded in 1979, MSE Engenharia has built a solid reputation over the years, participating in projects that have highlighted it in various sectors, such as pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, data centers, mining, oil and gas, chemicals, airports, food, plastics and corporate. The growth of MSE was driven by continuous investments in technical qualification, technology, structure and innovation, ensuring the execution of projects with excellence.

With more than 3,000 employees, MSE values the talent and dedication of each employee, who, together with the most advanced technologies in the sector, guarantees excellence in the execution of their projects. Tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and PDMS (Plant Design Management System) are essential for the compatibility between various disciplines in a project, such as pipes, electrical systems, automation and fire fighting. These technologies allow for a more agile and accurate execution, minimizing errors and ensuring the full integration of the project stages. However, it is the people, with their expertise and commitment, who ensure that each project is delivered with precision, efficiency and quality.

Dener Sugayama, industrial director of MSE, points out that the company is always attentive to customer demands, which guarantees greater assertiveness in the delivery of services. “Clients need projects with short deadlines, excellent cost-benefit, safety at work, care for the environment, accurate management and guaranteed performance,” says Dener.

Projects and Multidisciplinary Team

The MSE group also has LMS, its design firm, which has a multidisciplinary team comprised of 50 engineers and architects. These professionals work both for the group and for external clients, as Wesley, Director of Engineering, points out: “Having this multidisciplinary team provides us with the necessary agility and control to deliver projects with greater precision.”

Prefabrication and Industrialization

In the MSE industrial park, spools are prefabricated and industrialized, pipe racks “filled” with pipes, beds and electrotroughs, which can be manufactured in stainless steel, carbon, GRP or HDPE. The structure is also used for the manufacture of fire fighting systems, pumping skids and pipe preparation with grooves, as well as sandblasting and painting in a semiautomatic system, which provides high gains in productivity and quality.

MSE applies strategic industrialization processes, such as the manufacture of spools, pipe racks and complete systems, ensuring high productivity and high quality standards. The company has a robust structure that includes an industrial park and offices, totaling more than 30,000 square meters.

The CEO of MSE, Rafael Spagnuolo, explains that the company modernized and anticipated market needs, seeking new solutions for the engineering segment. “As civil construction progresses, we anticipate manufacturing and pre-assembling everything that is possible, ensuring reduced delivery times. The industrialization and standardization of the processes also guarantee the reduction of costs with the increase in quality and safety, fulfilling the delivery commitment of the MSE,” says Rafael.

Infrastructure and Operational Efficiency

With a complete fleet of cranes and large equipment, MSE ensures that all logistics and material handling processes are carried out with precision and safety. This strict control reduces mobilization in the works and increases the agility in the delivery of projects, positively impacting both quality and compliance with deadlines.

To meet large projects, MSE has a wide range of equipment, including five high-capacity cranes (220, 130, 80, 75 and 60 tons), in addition to its own fleet of trucks, carts and specialized machinery.

Great Works

Participating in the construction of one of the largest pulp and paper mills in the world was a major challenge, overcome with a lot of planning and thanks to the optimization of crucial steps, such as prefabrication and pre-assembly. According to Wellingthon Silva, Director of Engineering, this approach guaranteed agile logistics and strict compliance with deadlines, reaffirming MSE's commitment to excellence and innovation, always exceeding customer expectations.
