On September 1st, 2025, MSE Engenharia celebrates 46 years, reaffirming its prominent role on the national scene and its trajectory marked by quality, innovation and trust. Founded in 1979 by Luiz Moacyr Spagnuolo, an electrical engineer graduated from UFPR, the company was born with the mission of offering integrated solutions in industrial engineering — a mission that is still alive today.
From its origins in Londrina, Paraná, MSE has evolved from a modest business, specialized in electrical materials and industrial projects, to a nationally recognized engineering group, operating in sectors such as pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, data centers, mining, oil and gas, chemicals, airports, food, plastics and corporate. It currently has more than 3,000 employees who combine technical knowledge and commitment to deliver excellent projects.
Expansion and strategic vision
In the early 2000s, the company expanded its operations to the establishment and expansion of factories, offering services that include industrial utility installations, automation systems, air conditioning, fire prevention and its own electrical panel manufacturing unit.
“All of this was possible because we are in a city that breathes engineering, with several universities and qualified professionals,” recalls Luiz Moacyr Spagnuolo. This diversification consolidated MSE as a “turnkey” delivery company, following all phases of the project, from conception to final delivery.
Technology, industrialization and the team
MSE invests in advanced tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and PDMS (Plant Design Management System), in addition to carrying out accurate surveys with a laser scanner, ensuring reliable data and complete integration at every stage.
With strategic prefabrication and industrialization processes, the company produces spools, pipe racks, pumping skids and fire fighting systems, using materials ranging from carbon steel to GRP and HDPE. Our own fleet of high-capacity cranes (60 to 220 tons), trucks and carts supports logistics and efficiency, reducing deadlines and costs for each project.
The industrial park, with more than 30,000 m², allows complete construction management, integrating supervision, control, documentation and monitoring, increasing productivity and punctuality.
