MSE Engenharia made a remarkable breakthrough at the Seed Analysis and Genetic Quality Laboratory of the giant Bayer, located in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. Using cutting-edge technology, we conducted a comprehensive point cloud survey using the advanced Laser Scanner, a revolutionary tool in the area of three-dimensional mapping.

The Laser Scanner is a sophisticated technology that uses laser beams to accurately measure and record the distance between the scanner and surrounding objects. This process generates a detailed data cloud, comprised of millions of points, that creates a detailed and accurate representation of the mapped space.
In this project, the purpose of the point cloud survey was to map all the internal rooms of the Bayer Analysis Laboratory, which has a built area of approximately 1,700m².

The use of the Laser Scanner provided a comprehensive and detailed view of the laboratory's internal structure, allowing the technical team to see details that would be impossible to capture by other conventional means of mapping.
With the assistance of the laboratory's technical team, the survey schedule was carefully defined to minimize impacts on daily operation, ensuring that productivity and service quality were not affected. This set of information is the basis for the next step of the project: Retrofit. With it, we at MSE Engenharia strive to develop a new configuration for the laboratory's internal space, focused on optimizing the use of the environments and allowing access to all dimensions of the building. The objective is clear: to create a modern and efficient environment that promotes innovation and the quality of the services offered by the Bayer Analysis Laboratory.

By combining our expertise with the cutting-edge Laser Scanner technology, the project stands out as a brilliant example of how the synergy between engineering and science can unleash a true revolution in the field of seed analysis and genetics.
