e present the new conceptual project of the CNPEM Research and Development (R&D) Center, developed by MSE Engenharia. With an innovative and aesthetically stunning design, this project was designed to ensure excellence at every stage of the process, from preliminary study to execution.
During the project, our team of architects and engineers worked on several fronts, including:
- Preliminary Study (EP) and Preliminary Project (AP), where the general scope of the project was defined and the first design ideas were sketched.
- Legal Project (PL), ensuring that all legal rules and regulations were complied with.
- Basic Project (PB) and Executive Project (EX), detailing all aspects of the project and preparing it for the construction phase.
Complete project
The project covered several areas, such as architecture, structural, foundations, earthworks and drainage, floors and paving, electrical, hydraulic and fire-fighting installations, air conditioning, automation, landscaping, acoustics and visual communication. The compatibility of the project was carried out using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, ensuring integration and efficiency between the different disciplines involved.
The end result is a CNPEM R&D Center designed to be an inspiring and functional environment for researchers, professionals, and students, with state-of-the-art facilities and an architectural design that reflects the importance and avant-garde of the work carried out on site. We are proud of our partnership with CNPEM and confident that this conceptual project will serve as the basis for a truly innovative and iconic research and development center.
