Efficient water resource management has become a strategic factor for industrial competitiveness. Beyond meeting environmental requirements, modern water and effluent treatment systems contribute to operational sustainability, cost reduction, and optimization of production processes.
To achieve this, MSE Engenharia was responsible for developing the Conceptual Design and Detailed Design for unifying the effluent treatment system and implementing a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) for Procytek, in Amparo/SP.
The project was designed to enhance the efficiency of existing systems and strengthen the industrial unit's water infrastructure.

Investing in industrial sanitation infrastructure creates more efficient, sustainable, and future-ready operations.
Integration of Water and Effluent Treatment
Water management projects require an integrated view of the entire operation, considering everything from supply to the treatment and disposal of generated effluents.
For Procytek, the proposal involved consolidating existing systems and implementing a new WTP, allowing for greater operational control and better utilization of the plant's water resources.
The solution was developed to ensure:
- Greater operational efficiency of the systems
- Integration between infrastructure and processes
- Operational reliability
- Compliance with environmental requirements
- Support for the unit's future growth
Integrated systems provide greater resource control and contribute to more sustainable industrial operations.
Multidisciplinary Engineering Applied to Water Infrastructure
The project development required coordinated action from various engineering disciplines to ensure compatibility between equipment, installations, and support systems.
The scope included:
- Basic Design
- Detailed Design
- Architecture
- Civil
- Steel Structures
- Electrical Installations and Instrumentation
- HVAC (Split System)
- Piping
- Plumbing and Sanitary Installations
This integrated approach allowed for the development of solutions aligned with the unit's operational needs and the technical requirements of each system.
