MSE Engenharia offered a unique solution for the Nestlé plant in Caçapava, SP, using its cutting-edge technology, the Laser Scanner. Using this advanced tool, our team carried out a detailed survey of the existing packaging area in this unit, allowing for the accurate projection of the planned expansion and the initial identification of possible interferences.
Nestlé provided the extension project file, which was integrated with the point cloud file, created from mapping with the Laser Scanner. This process allowed a detailed analysis, allowing the client a three-dimensional view of the new project in the area in which it would be implemented. This immersive visualization proved to be fundamental to understanding how the magnification would fit into the existing structure and to anticipate potential problems.
Thanks to the solution offered by MSE Engenharia, Nestlé was able to carry out a preliminary verification of the interferences between the existing area and the proposed expansion.
This crucial step allowed adjustments and corrections before the start of the works, avoiding rework and optimizing resources.
Our work enabled detailed planning, ensuring that the expansion was carried out efficiently and safely.
With the completion of the planning, the Nestlé unit is ready to begin expansion, offering greater efficiency and production capacity.
