Inauguration of the new Eternit factory

Eternit inaugurated a fiber cement tile factory in Caucaia—CE. It is a new framework for industrial and sustainable development in the region, and MSE Engenharia is proud to be a fundamental part of this project, with commitment and excellence at every stage.

A greenfield project, where MSE Engenharia was responsible for the design and construction of the new plant, ensuring that the highest quality and sustainability standards were met in every detail.

With an investment of 187 million reais, Eternit stands out as a company with sustainable practices and social responsibility, bringing strong economic growth to the region.

The inauguration took place last Wednesday, March 6, with the presence of our director Wesley de Brito and wife, Bruno Leite Viana, marketing director and part of the MSE team, in addition to several local authorities.

The new Eternit factory was designed in a sustainable way, using photovoltaic roof tiles, rainwater collection, environmental preservation area for the preservation of fauna and flora, preservation of a stream channel that passes at the ends of the land, and in partnership with environmental and state agencies, they relocated 300 wild animals to nearby areas

The new Eternit unit generated 83 direct and more than 400 indirect jobs in the region. The company also invested in training courses for the operation and maintenance of industrial processes to train professionals.

This new facility represents an economic advance for the region, creating hundreds of jobs, in addition to being a model factory in sustainability.

It is with great satisfaction that MSE celebrates the inauguration of the new Eternit factory, an important project for the production of fiber cement tiles, guaranteeing more job opportunities and bringing more development to Ceará.
