Centralizing industrial operations is a strategy increasingly adopted by companies seeking to boost productivity, optimize internal workflows, and reduce operational costs. When well-planned, a new industrial plant allows for the integration of processes, people, and infrastructure in an environment designed for business growth.

With this objective in mind, MSE Engenharia developed the Conceptual, Basic, and Executive Engineering for WorTEC Bombas' new unit in Osasco/SP.

The facility was designed to consolidate various operational stages into a single industrial complex, creating an integrated structure for manufacturing, assembly, testing, storage, and administrative support.

An efficient industrial plant results from the alignment of layout, processes, and infrastructure.

A complex designed to integrate the entire operation

The new unit was planned to bring together activities that might previously have been spread across different areas, promoting greater operational control and process agility.

With approximately 8,000 m² of built area on a plot of about 10,000 m², the complex includes:

  • Manufacturing and production areas
  • Assembly and testing sectors
  • Packaging and storage spaces
  • Covered loading docks for logistics
  • Maintenance workshops
  • Showroom and training rooms
  • Restaurant and common areas
  • Concierge and administrative sectors

The organization of these environments was developed to improve material flow, optimize communication between teams, and increase operational efficiency.

The intelligent layout of spaces directly impacts the productivity of an industrial plant.

Engineering developed from conception to detailed design

The project encompassed all stages of engineering development, from initial studies to the detailed design required for execution.

MSE Engenharia's scope of work included:

  • Conceptual Design
  • Preliminary Design
  • Detailed Design

This approach allowed for the establishment of a solid foundation for the unit's implementation, ensuring alignment between the company's strategic objectives and the technical solutions adopted.

High-performance industrial projects require structured planning from the very first decisions.

Integration of processes, infrastructure, and technology

In addition to traditional engineering disciplines, the undertaking required special attention to the systems responsible for supporting industrial operations.

The scope included:

  • Architecture
  • Civil
  • Processes
  • Metal Structures
  • Industrial Utilities
  • Electrical Installations
  • Instrumentation
  • Plumbing and Sanitary Installations
  • SPCI
  • HVAC

Coordinating these disciplines was crucial to ensure the infrastructure met the plant's production needs, providing safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Modern industrial engineering connects systems, processes, and people into a single operational strategy.

A structure designed to support the company's growth

Beyond meeting current demands, WorTEC Bombas' new unit was designed to offer flexibility and expansion capacity over the coming years.

The integration of production, logistics, and support areas creates an environment ready to respond to market needs, increase the company's competitiveness, and strengthen its operational capacity.

MSE Engenharia's involvement in this project reinforces its expertise in developing complete industrial plants, working on projects that transform growth strategies into efficient and sustainable structures.

Designing a new factory means creating the necessary conditions for growth to occur in an organized, safe, and continuous manner.
