Innovation and Efficiency: The MSE Engineering Project for Special Dog

MSE Engenharia completed another project and, this time, the focus was on the implementation of a tank park at the Special Dog factory, located in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo - SP. This project encompasses a series of elements that optimize the company's production process.

One of the differentials of this project is the use of Construction Information Modeling (BIM).

MSE Engenharia embraced this innovative approach to ensure that all aspects of the project were integrated and effectively managed. With BIM, it was possible to coordinate all the disciplines involved in the project: civil, electrical, automation, mechanical, metallic, processes and SPCI (Safety, Prevention and Fire Control). The integration between these disciplines resulted in thorough planning, avoiding conflicts and optimizing the use of available resources.

The core of this project is the implementation of a tank park consisting of 45 vertical stainless steel units. These tanks are intended to store fat and palatabilizer, essential in the production of high-quality pet food. In addition to the tanks, the project includes pumps and transfer pipes that allow the efficient transportation of inputs within the plant.

In addition to the tanks and transfer systems, the project also included the construction of metal access platforms, a state-of-the-art electrical room and an area dedicated to the transfer of raw materials. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the project, ensuring that Special Dog has an infrastructure that meets the highest quality and safety standards.

We could not fail to mention the liquid containment system, a fundamental part of ensuring the safety of operations. MSE Engenharia ensured that all necessary measures were implemented to prevent any leak or incident that could endanger the environment and the Special Dog team.
