Industrial projects in the chemical sector require the integration of processes, infrastructure, and technology to ensure operational safety, productive performance, and facility efficiency.

With this approach, MSE Engenharia participated in the development of industrial solutions for Sumitomo Chemical, in Maracanaú/CE.

The work involved the development of the S3100 project, focused on implementing a liquid fertilizer plant spanning approximately 8,000 m², in addition to the design of the new metal roof for the industrial unit's administrative building.

Highly complex industrial infrastructures require integrated engineering aligned with the plant's operational demands.

Engineering applied to industrial expansion

The liquid fertilizer plant project was designed to meet the technical and operational requirements of the chemical industry, considering the integration of industrial systems, productive efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.

In addition to the industrial plant, MSE Engenharia is also developing the design for the new roof of the unit's administrative building, encompassing approximately 1,200 m² of metal structure integrated into the existing building.

The solutions were developed with a focus on:

  • Structural safety
  • Architectural integration
  • Construction efficiency
  • Support for industrial operations
  • Coordination between disciplines

Modern industrial projects must combine functionality, safety, and operational flexibility.

Multidisciplinary solutions for industrial environments

MSE Engenharia's work encompassed various integrated technical disciplines, ensuring alignment between industrial processes, infrastructure, and operational systems.

The scope included:

  • Architecture
  • Civil
  • Structural Steel
  • Process Engineering
  • Mechanical
  • LV/MV Electrical Installations
  • Plumbing and Sanitary Installations
  • HVAC
  • Fire Protection System
  • Automation
  • Instrumentation
  • Lighting Design
  • Lightning Protection System
  • Data and Voice
  • Industrial Utilities
  • BIM

This multidisciplinary approach contributes to greater efficiency in technical development and improved performance in future implementation stages.

Interdisciplinary integration is crucial for ensuring efficiency and reliability in industrial plants.

Digital engineering and systems integration

The projects were developed in a BIM environment, allowing for greater compatibility between disciplines and better control of the venture's technical information.

The use of BIM methodology offers significant benefits for industrial projects, such as:

  • Interference reduction
  • Improved system coordination
  • Greater technical accuracy
  • Schedule optimization
  • Improved project management

Furthermore, the automation, instrumentation, and industrial utility systems were designed to ensure efficient support for plant operations.

Digital engineering enhances predictability, control, and efficiency in industrial implementation.

Infrastructure prepared for strategic industrial operations

MSE Engenharia's involvement in the project reinforces its experience in developing industrial projects for the chemical and fertilizer sectors, providing solutions that combine process engineering, infrastructure, and technology.

This project is another example of the company's work in highly complex industrial ventures, contributing to operational expansion, infrastructure modernization, and the industry's technological evolution.

Developing industrial infrastructure means laying solid groundwork for productivity, innovation, and sustainable growth.
