MSE Engenharia is responsible for the development of the Basic, Legal and Executive Projects for the implementation of the new plant of Thermo Fisher, under management of JLL, in Barueri, São Paulo.
A JLL, a global professional services company specialized in the commercial real estate market, entrusted MSE Engineering with the supply of specialized labor for the development of projects to implement the new Thermo Fisher industrial unit in existing warehouses, with an area of approximately 4,500 m², located in a logistics condominium. The project is in progress and includes the adaptation of the architectural, structural and facilities to meet the operational needs of the plant.
