MSE Engenharia was responsible for the development of studies and projects for the expansion and adjustments of the unit of Nuclear Industries of Brazil (INB) in Caetité, Bahia.
The work included the review and adaptation of the project for the deployment area of a new sulfuric acid storage tank in the Uranium Concentration Unit, including piping networks, electrical installations, equipment specification, civil base design, and resizing of containment devices. The conceptual project was also developed with an electronic model of the industrial layout for the expansion of the plant, with analysis based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Additionally, at the Caldas/MG unit, the Basic Project for the renovation and unification of laboratories was prepared.
