Quality that starts in fabrication and continues through start-up.
The performance of an electromechanical assembly depends on decisions made before the field: design coordination, erection sequence, welding control and test planning. At MSE, engineering, fabrication and execution work together to turn plant requirements into safe, documented systems ready to operate. Commissioning and start-up complete the process.
Engineering and Design
Detailed design, isometrics, coordination and as-built drawings for mechanical, piping and electrical disciplines.
Fabrication and Pre-assembly
Spools, supports and structures fabricated in the shop, with dimensional and welding control.
Industrial Piping
Process and utility piping in carbon steel, stainless steel and HDPE, with hydrostatic testing and flushing.
Steel Structures and Pipe Racks
Fabrication and erection of pipe racks, platforms, stairs and access structures.
Equipment Installation
Lifting, positioning, alignment and hook-up of pumps, tanks, presses and process equipment.
Electrical and Instrumentation
E-houses, MCCs, panels, cabling, lighting, lightning protection, instruments and control valves.
Industrial Utilities
Compressed air, steam, chilled water, industrial gases and reuse water networks connected to process equipment.
Logistics and Equipment
Mobilization, site facilities, cranes and in-house tooling to serve projects across Brazil.
Commissioning and Start-up
Testing, welding control, data books, as-built documentation and assisted start-up through to full operation.
Every electromechanical assembly starts with understanding the process it will serve. Flows, loads, materials, site conditions and operating requirements guide the engineering decisions, the erection sequence and the project plan.
The process begins with design review and coordination between disciplines. Then come shop fabrication and pre-assembly, mobilization, field erection and system hook-up. After execution follow testing, commissioning, start-up and delivery of as-built documentation.
Lead time depends on plant size, piping and structural tonnage, the amount of equipment and integration with civil works and suppliers. Off-site pre-assembly and parallel work fronts shorten the total time to start-up.
Cost varies with scope, tonnage, specified materials, schedule and site conditions. For an accurate quote, it helps to share the available drawings, bills of materials, isometrics and the project schedule.
Contracting mechanical, piping, structural and electrical work separately multiplies interfaces and responsibilities. In integrated assembly, one company coordinates every front, reducing interferences, rework and schedule risk.
Start-up requires testing each system, integrating disciplines and verifying safety conditions. Planning commissioning from the design stage makes it possible to energize, pressurize and bring the plant into operation predictably.
We deliver electromechanical assembly to connect process, utilities and power, from fabrication to plant start-up.
