MSE Engenharia was responsible for the development of the studies and projects of the residential buildings of the project Águas do Cerrado, in Ribas do Rio Pardo, Mato Grosso do Sul.
The project was designed to meet the housing and well-being needs of employees of large industrial projects in the region, especially in the pulp sector. The residential buildings have complete leisure infrastructure, including swimming pool and sports courts, offering a high standard of comfort and functionality. The project contributed to the urban growth of the city, which registered a population increase according to the 2022 Census.
