MSE Engenharia was responsible for the development of the Executive Project and for the Construction Management of the new manufacturing unit of Flora, in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro.
A Brazilian company with over 44 years of experience in the personal hygiene, household cleaning and cosmetics segments, Flora established a new factory with approximately 21,000 m² of built area. The project was designed to house two distinct production systems — powdered and liquid products — in addition to storage areas, operation and control rooms, shipping docks, and administrative and support sectors. The integrated role of MSE Engenharia in the project and management guaranteed quality control, deadlines and costs throughout all stages.
