MSE Engenharia was responsible for the development of the Conceptual, Basic and Executive Projects for the expansion of auxiliary warehouses surrounding a self-supporting vertical warehouse of Coca-Cola FEMSA, in Itabirito, Minas Gerais.
The largest bottler in the Coca-Cola System by volume, with operations in 10 Latin American countries, Coca-Cola FEMSA relied on MSE Engenharia to expand its logistics and production infrastructure. The project covered a total area of approximately 12,000 m² and was designed to support both the storage of new products and the deployment of a new production line, ensuring increased capacity, operational efficiency and integration with existing structures.
The scope included complete engineering solutions for the adaptation of land, construction systems, building and industrial facilities, as well as security and fire fighting systems, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with applicable technical standards.
