MSE Engenharia was responsible for the development of the Conceptual, Basic, and Executive Projects of XCMG Brazil, in its industrial complex located in Guarulhos, São Paulo.
A global reference in the manufacture of heavy machinery, XCMG relied on MSE Engenharia for the modernization and requalification of its industrial complex in Brazil. The project included the renovation of approximately 2,900 m² of existing areas, in addition to the implementation of new strategic industrial structures, including a new showroom, a maintenance warehouse and the adaptation of the entrance gate.
The scope was developed with a focus on improving operational efficiency, the organization of internal flows, the modernization of administrative spaces, and the functional integration between all areas of the complex. The engineering solutions adopted considered technical, regulatory, and constructive criteria, ensuring compatibility between disciplines, rationalization of costs, and preparation of the infrastructure for future expansions of operations in the country.
