MSE Engineering was responsible for the development of Conceptual, Basic and Detailed Engineering for the expansion of the Distribution Center and the manufacturing area of Softys, in Piraí, Rio de Janeiro.
A Brazilian company in the CMPC group, Softys is active in the production and sale of personal hygiene and household care products. The project includes the installation of a new logistics warehouse of approximately 15,000 m², with an administrative mezzanine, the expansion of the manufacturing area, a new pallet recovery area, expansion of the cafeteria and the retrofit of the existing locker room. Additionally, MSE Engenharia was responsible for developing the plant's Fire Detection and Alarm System (SDAI) Project, ensuring compliance with current safety regulations.
