MSE Engenharia was responsible for the design and construction of the expansion of the LNBio NB3 Laboratory, a unit of the CNPEM in Campinas, São Paulo.
LNBio (Brazilian Biosciences National Laboratory) is one of the CNPEM's national laboratories, conducting advanced research in biotechnology, biosciences, and health, contributing to the country's scientific and technological development.
The project included the development of Basic and Executive designs using BIM methodology to ensure greater integration between disciplines, system coordination, and precision in engineering solutions. The scope covered Architecture, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, Utilities, Lightning Protection (SPDA), Fire Protection (SPCI), and HVAC.
In addition to the design phase, MSE Engenharia was responsible for the complete construction, ensuring the implementation of the infrastructure required to meet the technical, operational, and safety standards of a high-complexity laboratory.
