What sustains a large-scale project is not just concrete and steel — it is purpose.

In Montes Claros (MG), MSE Engenharia led the construction of Eurofarma’s new facility, a development that represents more than industrial expansion: it is a milestone in innovation, job creation, and the strengthening of the regional economy.

Each hour of work carries the commitment to shape the future.

Over 29 months of execution, MSE coordinated teams, technologies, and processes with a single objective: to deliver infrastructure capable of meeting the highest standards of the global pharmaceutical industry.

High-complexity planning

From the earliest stages, the project required a rigorous technical planning structure and integrated multidisciplinary management.

The challenge was not only its scale — more than 250,000 m² of built area — but also the need to synchronize different disciplines with precision: electrical, mechanical, automation, HVAC, and civil.

To achieve this, MSE implemented a real-time coordination model, using simulation software and digital monitoring tools that provided full control over schedules, interferences, and costs.

Planning well is the first step toward building with excellence.

People management and safety first

With more than 500 direct workers at the peak of execution, MSE structured an operation based on safety, training, and efficient logistics.

The job site, covering more than 7,000 m², was designed to ensure smooth coordination between work fronts, reduce unnecessary movement, and provide full support to the teams.

Continuous training programs and reinforced safety protocols ensured that every activity was carried out with control and precision — an essential differentiator in highly demanding environments such as the pharmaceutical industry.

Behind every structure, there are prepared, safe, and committed people.

Integration and construction intelligence

The execution of electromechanical installations relied heavily on 3D modeling and virtual simulations, enabling the coordination of hundreds of technical elements even before field assembly began.

This digital approach reduced rework and ensured that energy, automation, gas, and fire protection systems were installed in a coordinated and efficient manner.

Beyond technology, the true differentiator was the integration between engineering and operations, enabling fast, data-driven decisions that optimized physical progress and resource allocation throughout the project.

Technology without integration is just a tool — with purpose, it becomes results.

A legacy that goes beyond the boundaries of the project

More than building a new production facility, MSE contributed to a legacy of innovation and regional development.

Eurofarma’s new plant drives job creation, engages local suppliers, and strengthens the industrial hub of Montes Claros, consolidating the city as a major pharmaceutical center in the country.

For MSE, being part of this project reaffirms its commitment to engineering that goes beyond execution — engineering that builds, connects, and transforms.

More than 20,000 hours of engineering. Countless results for the future.
